Hello Everyone. I’m Jim Parish with the Parish law firm. I’m a Virginia accident injury attorney. One of the most commonly received questions in my office is “How long will it take to settle my case?”
Each case is different. Each case is truly unique. However, no case can resolve until all of the medical treatment relating to the injuries in the case has been received. However, if someone suffers from a permanent condition, then the doctor treating the person must also provide an opinion regarding what the person will need in terms of future medical treatment, so that can be claimed. As I always tell folks in my office, the case is almost entirely dependent upon their health. Some cases take years. Some take just a few weeks. I hope that information was helpful. Thank you.
